Sky Auto Body is a locally owned and operated collision repair shop in Medford, Oregon. We work on Sage Road in south Medford, and we built this shop around one idea: do honest work, charge fair prices, and treat every vehicle that comes through the door like it's our own.

Most people walk into a body shop on the worst day they've had in months. Their car got hit. Their insurance is on the line. They have questions and not a lot of time. We built our process around that reality.

What That Means For You

You can walk in for an estimate without an appointment. We'll write the estimate while you wait, in plain language, with no surprises. If we find more damage during repair, we call you before we change anything.

We take any and all insurance. Bring us the claim number and we'll handle the estimate, supplements, and billing direct with your carrier. You don't have to chase paperwork or play middleman between us and your adjuster. That's our job.

Our technicians are I-CAR Certified, which is the industry standard for collision repair training. It means they're current on the procedures, materials, and equipment that today's vehicles require. A modern vehicle isn't the same animal as one from twenty years ago, and the repair has to match.

OE Parts. Not Aftermarket.

We run OE parts on nearly every job, not aftermarket. Factory fit, factory tolerances, factory crash performance. That matters because your safety rating, sensor calibration, and resale value all depend on the vehicle being put back together the way it left the line.

We also measure structural damage with a Chief frame system, not a tape measure. Tolerances on a modern unibody are tighter than most people realize, and a frame that's a few millimeters off will eat tires, ruin alignments, and quietly hurt your safety systems for years. Cheaper shops cut these corners for margin. We don't.

We work on all makes and models of cars and trucks. We also handle collision and body repair on RVs and motorhomes, and hull and body work on boats. For local businesses, we repair commercial fleet vehicles with streamlined billing for fleet managers who don't have time to file paperwork on every dent.
