Our Services

We provide auto body, collision repair, refinishing, and related services. Information on this website is for general purposes and does not constitute a binding quote or a guarantee of any specific repair outcome, timeline, or insurance approval.

Estimates & Pricing

Estimates are based on the damage visible at the time of inspection. Hidden damage discovered during disassembly or repair may change the scope and cost; in those cases we will contact you (and, where applicable, file a supplement with your insurance) before performing additional work. Final pricing is confirmed in your written estimate and any approved supplements.

Insurance

When you ask us to, we will work directly with your insurance carrier on the estimate, supplements, and billing. You remain responsible for understanding your own policy, coverage, and any deductible or out-of-pocket amounts. We do not control whether your carrier approves a claim or a particular line item.

Warranty

Our repair and refinishing work is backed by a limited lifetime warranty against defects in workmanship, subject to the terms of the written warranty provided with your repair. The written warranty governs in the event of any conflict with this summary. The warranty does not cover damage from new accidents, normal wear, neglect, or work performed by others.

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your vehicle, the damage, and any insurance claim.
• Remove personal belongings of value before leaving your vehicle with us.
• Pick up your vehicle promptly once repairs are complete; storage fees may apply to extended delays.
• Pay any agreed amounts, including deductibles or charges not covered by insurance.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Sky Auto Body LLC - We provide auto body repairs, collision repairs and auto body painting. By using our services and providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from us as described in these terms.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 541-500-3811. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at 541-500-3811.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your activity. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
